No. Booking on our rental platforms (Airbnb, VRBO or Hipcamp) pays for guests sleeping overnight at Rockland Woods and secures your dates. Events are an added cost, depending on size and type. Please fill out an inquiry form here if you would like to host an event.

What does the event cost cover?

Hosting an event at Rockland Woods causes minor expected damage, uses supplies and utilities, and may affect our neighbors. Your fee covers these costs, plus managing communication, contracts, insurance, and special requests.

Does Rockland Woods offer more than just the wedding venue?

How many guests can I invite to my day event?

No. Each wedding planner handles their own food, music, decorations, and furniture. Rockland Woods has a limited number of folding tables, linens, wine glasses, and chairs. We provide enough serving dishes and utensils for up to 50 guests.
